   I would like to add that another imediement is that we feel very stopngly
about breastfeeding and unfortunately know that if we do not help, mom will
quit. A piece of us want mom to suceed so that she too can feel  and see the
joys and beniftits.  if we infact charge to much she will not see us. The
mother is too often not aware of the importance andvalue of breastfeeding as
they have not experienced it.

  Almost like paying in advance for a "theoretical" pleasure that we are not
sure is real.....

          I  do not know what occurs when one physician calls another, I
suspect that there is an exchange of sorts that occurs. I do know that I ahve
paid to meet and talk to a doctor when think ing of joining  his practice....
