Hi Arly -

Sounds like a great big cephalhematoma (when it's off to one side) which will
take awhile for breakdown and reabsorption of the blood. I have really
noticed recently that these babies seem sensitive to positioning, and have
tried not to touch that area.

Is this baby also jaundiced because of the cephalhematoma?

See ya!
Janet
