A baby who is Asian/Caucasian has a bili of 16 at 6 weeks. Otherwise
normal development. Dr. wants to interrupt bf for 5 days. I've urged
parents to test sooner, if they opt to discontinue. What do you think of
a 16 at 6 weeks? Baby was term, bf was discontinued for 24 hrs in the
early days for jaundice; I don't know any other numbers except the 16.
(This is a pump rental, not a client; my involvement is minimal.)
