Hi Pat...you say that you think it is stupid that we cannot name names of
products here on Lactnet. That *would* be stupid, but it isn't quite what we
have said. We asked that people avoid "injudicious use of names", ie
SLamming of products on Lactnet. There is a big difference there. We didn't
say never, we just set parameters.

And also, yes, the rash of suits has shown us that there are in fact
potential for much damage, and that defense is not free,

And you are correct. Rental stations are not employees, and therefore do not
need to identify themselves.

Thanks for writing, and giving me a chance to clarify the fact that we still
**can** talk about products , services, etc by name.
