Yes Shirley the government does offer $50.00 a month for the first six
months of breastfeeding for the mothers that are on welfare!

The mothers that choose bottle-feeding have to pay the first $15.00 (cost of
cow's milk!) of the cost of artificial baby milk. The balance is paid by the
government.

So basically, the breastfeeding mothers add an extra benefit to=
 breastfeeding!

In regards to BF Clinics in Qu=E9bec: Some hospitals have breastfeeding
clinics and some had...with the budget cuts in Qu=E9bec, there is less money
available for BF!!!

My dream is to put together a private BF clinic, but I am not there
yet...maybe soon...
