I re-read the article, from P------ing (not the magazine you had mentioned.
The word "cancer" is not mentioned. They cited a SMALL (28 kids) study
where it appeared that moms with silicone implants had a high incidence of
babies with "malformed esophageal muscles", leading to reglux, vomiting and
the like. The reference to the study *was* cited--as for as which journal
(Jnl of AMA).
Though I certainly wish the article had not been printed, there is also an
info insert box in the article which states, "The benefits of breastfeeding
are well-established, while the risks of breastfeeding with implants are far
from proven."
