Dear Lactnetters can anyone help me.  I am looking for references of
research that may have been done regarding the differences in milk
composition depending on whether hand expression was used vs mechanical
pumping. Sandra Lang discussed this topic at the ILCA conference but did not
give any references, although she had been involved in some studies.  Thanks
for any help yuou can give me.
