painful breast--help

Netters,

I need your help.  Have a mom that complains of rt. breast pain-burning from
the back towards the underside of the breast- at feedings in between
feedings.  Has no fever, no evidence of yeast (digital exam on infant was
neg.)  has not been on antibiotics.  She has been under alot of stress
(havn't we all)  She is questioning shingles????  I  am leaving for Cayman
Islands, scuba diving Sat.  and if anyone has a thought to what next to do
with this mum, please e-mail me-soon.  I know her OB-GYN and he will have her
D/C bf or will put her on antibiotics.
