I read with interest your recent communication regarding N-- artificial
teats.  Your clinic sounds interesting.  To treat sucking disorders in
babies, who does the initial evaluation and diagnosis of same?  LC or speech
pathologist, or someone else?  On what basis do you make such a diagnosis if
it is you? And once such a problem has been identified, how do you resolve
it? I practice in an area with a smaller, rural population with few of these
more specialized medical facilities available.  You mentioned use of the
old-fashioned long, straight bottle teat.  Could you elaborate more on this?
