I use nystatin powder when I get oral thrush, but I find it very unlikely that
a baby would agree to this med.  I has a very strange taste that persists for a
*long* time.  Foods taste wierd for more than an hour.  When I first tried to
get it, my pharmacist provided me with a formula that included talc and shouldNONOT be used for internal applications but works great on athletes foot.

I had to track down the source for the pure powder.  What I found was Paddock
Labs in Minneapolis.  I don't have the address because my pharmacist is
compelled to paste and tape instructions on top of the bottle label.  I could
get it if someone wants to email me privately.
