Monica,
Dry eyes are a standard feature of autoimmune disorders.  It is possible that
breastfeeding is exacerbating her dry eyes, but in light of the protection
offered to her infant against autoimmune disorders, she may wish to continue
breastfeeding due to her history. Physicians- Could she be misdiagnosed, and
have Sjogren's (sp?) syndrome instead of fibromyalgia?
