Donna,
You incorrectly assert that A---- eg---- has a relationship with Nestle.  They
do not.  They once sold some plastic pump parts to Nestle, so that the
breastpump Nestle sold would be an effective one, but they quickly desisted
when they found that their depots were upset.  They are also more careful in
their distribution of depots.  I know of one case where they sought the
permission of an established LC when a new LC wanted to open a depot nearby.
It was granted, as these LC's have different contacts.
