I'm not sure what kind of influence I could exert in this kind of situation
again other than NOT ASKING if I can eat with my peers.  Kind of pathetic to
have to go that far, if you ask me.  I am however in the process of writing
letters to the head of the hospital that hosted the conference and to the
supervisors of the conference, and also to my local newspapers.  Yes, you saw
that right, newspaperS.  We have several papers here in Sacramento that cover
most of the population.  Should be interesting to see the public response!
 I'll put a copy of the letter on the 'NET' if y'all want.  I'll be nice, I
promise. :)

It would be neat to hook up with any 'Netters' who happen to be in the
Sacramento or surrounding areas.  If there are any of you fine folks in this
neighborhood let me know.  Maybe we can get together?!
