La Leche League has pamphlets on jaundice and breastfeeding (no. 25), and
another one on sore breasts (no. 29). They may not be exactly what you're
looking for, because they're aimed at mothers, not doctors, but they include
good information if the doctor will read it. LLLI has pamphlets on nearly
every topic you can think of.
