   my best results have been with use of calendula...prefer gel to cream as
cream is petroleum based. it is excellent for healing..used in the u.k. by
midwives for epis..and it is anti fungal..

    if lotramin stings i would wonder if it is appropriate treatment. it was
my understanding that if anti fungal med causes pain it is inappropriate
choice.
