Maybe some letters, carefully referenced, should be written to the
authors/journal about cessation of breastfeeding being a serious
long term consequence. I would imagine that breastfeeding didn't ever
enter their thoughts.  Lots of initials after the names of the
letter writers would probably help. (Not necessarily the ones that
I have either)
