Most of you are aware that I have compiled a bibliography of books for
children that portray breastfeeding in a positive light.

Last week I received a much more thorough bibliography, compiled by Anne
Altshuler, an IBLC lactation consultant and LLL Leader, and RN. It will
appear in its entirety later in the year in the JOURNAL OF HUMAN LACTATION.
I shortened her really good annotations, and didn't have space for her
beautifully complete ISBN and pricing info, but kept the rest of it!

I also received information on additional books, and two other
bibliographies, so the list is much improved (all contributors are listed
at the end of the bibliography). It is quite long now, with over 60
positive breastfeeding books for your babies, toddlers, and older children!

The easiest way to get a copy is to point a Web browser at:

http://www.prairienet.org/community/health/laleche/booklist.html

You can make yourself a printed copy from there.

Copies sent by email lack italicization on books titles and are a little
harder to read, but I can do it, so let me know if you need one.

Not gonna type in any more books for a while...
