Pardon my ignorance, but where can I get a printed copy of the WHO Code and
the real BFHI?  I used to have these in my bookshelf but I have searched high
and low and can't find them and  I don't remember where I first picked them
up.   I thought I got them through LLLI  but I don't find them offered in the
latest catalog.  You may e-mail me privately if that would be more
appropriate.  TIA
