here.  Her 'speciality' appears to be LAM and the Institute for Reproductive
Health, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Georgetown University
Medical Centre is the place to contact.  (By the way, my Aussie spellcheck
confirms that I have made no spelling errors so far!)
They produce an excellent kit with guidelines on everything you could
possibly want to know about it.
