Formula, Inc. was formed around 1980 in the US by parents whose children were
harmed by the chloride-free formulas marketed. The children are now in school
and have documented learning problems.  I don't know if the organization is
still going, but they did get the Infant Formula Act of 1980 passed with some
regulation of the product. Check the Washington DC area listing of
organizations, or e-mail me privately next week. I think I still have the
phone number of the founders.  I think JoAnne Scott also knows of this
organization, because we contacted them when developing IBLCE.
