I went ahead and dug out the article. It's in JHL Vol. 9 #2, p. 97 (June
93) and entitled "A Fresh Look at the Risks of Artificial Infant Feeding"
by Marsha Walker. An abbreviated version of the article more in reference
form is available through ILCA; I picked one up at the conference. I
recommend getting the full article if possible, however; it was excellent.
