Barbara:

   I agree that baby's with reflux do not like to eat...but they do not all
have growth or gaining problems.

   Your mom with the 9 week olf female may need a retricted diet for some
time....some infants are very sensitive...my exoperience is that those are
often late to start solds too.
good  luck....the support can be taxing....
