Skip if you wish, thanks to those who responded to my insurance
vents!
The rest of the story, the PPO has a contract with the doc, the doc
may
not turn around and bill the pt for the "balance" of what the ins. co
did
not pay/and or what he may deem his "regular"fee outside his PPO pts.
The
doc has not responded to me. I refuse to return, and consider the
office
bookkeeper (in this case the doc's wife-omigod) wrong beyond doubt.
The
very fact that I made my feelings known in writing and have had no
response is troublesome to me, and professionally in poor taste. I
would
never want a client to walk away from my office feeling poorly about
a
money matter. ps: After I spoke to PPO-they disallowed more money!
NEW SOAP BOX: I have a lovely new client who comes to me from one of
my
breastfeeding classes and is a reg. pharmacist who works for a major
drug
store chain in Florida. She states that she is mandated to work a 12
hour day without breaks and cannot be allowed to pump. Have you ever
met
a happy pharmacist? Well does anyone know what legislature may be
used
in her defense?
I will have to go on NO MAIL for Friday the 20th and Sat the 21st.
Need
to travel to Orlando to attend the FLCA meeting.
Kathy and Kathy: Sorry about my line length, did not go on the net
until
the am...worked really late two nites in a row, then had to crash and
burn..why is it I keep screwing up the works? Will call and probably
get
rid of this server-I get errors even Prodigy Assistance can't
identify
and I'm on my knees.
Anyone having information re: legislature for my pharmacist/single
mom
or Reglan therapy references please e-mail me privately. I'll miss
you
all for a couple of days. Love., D
