The description in the 1994 redbook is quite explicit that in countries with
lots of Hep B there is no noted increase amoung mothers who breastfed there
infants and says that BREASTFEEDING is NOT CONTRAINDICATED. I have received
no such bulletin as to waiting 48 hours.
