Thanks to everyone for the comments and support for IBLCE exam.  It all
made the exam taking much easier.

For years I have been telling moms whose babies are reluctant to
l/o and suck that any labor and delivery medication may inhibit
sucking for 10 days to 2 weeks.  (Don't remember where I learned this)
At LLLI conference Dr.Lennert Righard said that epidurals can
decrease suck for up to 4 weeks!  He did not give a specific reference
to this though.  I will try to get some of the articles on his bibliography
and check them out to see if it is in print somewhere.
