Hi Kathy and all,
The pacifiers mentioned are vanilla scented, not flavored - but of course the
two senses are so closely intertwined they may as well be flavored. Also be
aware that there is NO written indication on the packaging ANYWHERE that they
are scented. Moms will often wonder why the baby smells "so good." when they
are in the cribs. Kathy's post is the first I have heard of the pacifiers
being sold anywhere - heretofore they were only given out in the hospital,
and mothers had to come back to the hospital on their knees, begging for
another if they lost the first, because, as you can well imagine, the babies
absolutely refuse any other one. Of course, you can buy them direct from the
ABM company in Columbus, OH - you get 5 for $10 I think, and it takes about 6
weeks....
We got 'em out of our normal newborn nursery here, but they are still in the
NICU. ARGHHHH!!!
