Patricia, I too have been interested in cup feeding premature babies.
Another article which you may find helpful is Breastfeeding Preterm
Twins: A case review. It is in Birth, volume 21, #2, p. 96 to 100. It is
not about cup feeding per se, but it shows how it was used successfully.
