Thanks for all the input about my gal with twins that is a vegan.  She
is doing wonderfully and is a great mom.  She just needed lots of
reassurance fro myself (who knows little about the vegan diet) and
from people who do know that she is doing the very best thing
for her babies.  As you can imagine she has been getting lots of
negative messages about how she should supplement those babies
because she probably isn't making good milk because of her diet.
I told her I asked the experts on lactnet and the scope of practice
we have and that made her feel much better.  I also made a contract
with her so that she promises to call me or another LC in a distant
city if I'm not home if she loses her confidence so we can give
her a pep talk.  Thanks again.  If you think of any other good
ideas for her let me know.  I can always use new material for my
next pep talk.
