Thanks for the info.  I will try the beer approach with this Mom.
To let you know, she never did experience any fullness.  After 3 wks of
pumping and trying to nurse, she still only produces about 8mls per breast,
at most, per pumping.  Good friend Karen suggested the yeast, but Mom would
have none of it.  She's tried the Fenugreek, decided against Reglan,
(concerned about side effects in baby) and she seems to be balking at every
suggestion.  I have a feeling that no matter what I suggest, she won't "hear"
it, and it's really sad because the baby really is trying.  I think she is
going to give up before the week is out.  :(
I guess those of us who have been trying to help her have done what we could.
 We can't force her to relax or listen to what's being suggested.  I wish
there was more I could do, but....
