Dear Jim:  Thank you for the reference.  We have had our hospital librarian
order it.  I am also sending a fax to Sandra Lang to see if she has any
additional thoughts or information she could share.

We should be able to get the article through interlibrary loan, but would
very much appreciate any tidbits you have to offer.  We will be making a
formal defense of cup feeding on September 26 at the pediatrician's board
meeting.
