Thanks for the info!  I talked to the mom who had the surgery today.  She
says that, yes, the nipples were removed and repositioned.  But, I'm
wondering if it is possible to reposition the nipples and still have them
connected to the ducts?  If not, is there any chance at all that she might be
able to BF?  It doesn't seem like it to me, but then I know nothing about
this area.  She is going to try to get in touch with the surgeon who took
care of her and get more info.  We're trying to work together to get as much
info as possible.  She really wants to BF, and is considering the SNS if she
is unable to lactate herself.  She's determined!
