Subject: Breastfeeding in public - Dubai

Can a western mother breastfeed in public in Dubai?
I have been asked a question by a friend who is moving out to Dubai in
October regarding the breastfeeding of a newborn in public areas.
1) Assuming this is done discreetly, would anyone object?
2) Are there any laws prohibiting breastfeeding in public areas?
3) Are there any 'mother and baby' rooms set aside for
breastfeeding?
Any relevant informatiom about Dubai would be gratefully received,
Thanks!
