Can you please let us know where you got your figures? Cite research
examples. The numbers seem very high to me.

Are you talking about in-utero transfer or via the breastmilk? As far as I
know there have been very few studies/cases documenting HIV transmission
through breastmilk alone in women who were not HIV exposed prior to birth.
And some of those are suspect (did mom have bleeding nipples, rusty pipe
syndrome [blood in early milk])
