Pat,
The only effect of breastfeeding on the urinary bladder that I can think of is
that the uterus contracts during breastfeeding, this could conceivably affect
the bladder as it lays right over the uterus.  I cannot imagine how this could
prevent healing of a prolaspsed bladder, unless it allows it presses it into
the symphysis pubis. As far as I know, contractions actually increase blood
flow to the pelvic area!
