Patricia,, I too have designed cut the bras style apparel for a few women
with very, very large breasts.  In the cases I'm referring to, these moms
could not find a bra large enough and were delighted to fashion their own.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one who in unique circumstances has been known
to ask,  do you have any scissors???
