Hi Maureen
The reference I have (The Royal Women's Hospital Durgs and Breastfeeding
Guide 1994/95) states that stelazine is extreted unpredictably but
usually in small amounts. It recomments use with caution in low to
moderate doses and monitor infant for side effects. Some concern with
larger doses.
