Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) is concentrated in breast milk and considered
contraindicated in breastfeeding moms by the AAP, though there are no reported
cases of harm in breastfed infants.  This drug is commonly used for
narcolepsy.  Moms with narcolepsy are offered Ritalin as a substitute...
