Alicia, my bet is that there may be no documentation on this, as there is a
severe paucity of hard data regarding plugged ducts, except in the dairy
industry.  Perhaps Lawrence or Auerbach have mentioned something in their
books about external pressures on the breast causing risk of plugged ducts.
Sometimes people just have to rely on common sense, which I think this
