Kathleen,

Forgive my helter-skelther responses but I, too, along with Jan am playing
catch-up, 'cept I was gone longer.

What you described in the "allergies" docs sire sounds like major diary
allergy to me. My personal experience with cortisone creams, milk, skin and
rashes dates to when my 10 year old was 11 months old. He is nolonger
bothered by these things and it was a long haul getting there but in my
experience diary was the main culprit. The other food allergies seemed to be
a by-product of immune system overload. I baked alot of organic breads,
found raw goats milk from clandestine goat farmer who did not vaccinate their
goats etc., etc. and this experience pushed me hard in the direction of
herbal and homeopathic remedies. Cortisones really depress the immune system
with repeated use.
