 Martha,
I never thought about extolling the virtues of the immunologic effects for
older babes.  You hit the nail on the head!  I recently caught my 1 year
old baby eating dog poop.  So glad we love to nurse - he needs all the help
he can get,  especially with his four mischievious siblings lurking about.
