Martha has some very good ideas on this. Unreformed socialist
that I am, though, I propose that everything that Martha proposed
for the affiliates be brought down to the individual-member
level. Like she said, the best ideas sometimes comes from the
least likely sources, the most unexpected corners. Let's think
