The monster was cut off yesterday. It's been replaced with a much more
flexable and comfortable brace. There is sheer joy in taking a shower, close
time with my hubby and a full night (12 hours) of sleep for the first time
since Nov. I may even induldge in an hour in the spa tonight.
Everything feels a little stiff but so far it's stable. All those prayers and
good wishes really helped.  The doctor says if everything goes ok I may be
back to work in 4-6 weeks. Ah to be normal once again. Keep your fingers
crossed.
