OK Jackie, you're being a tease!  What exactly did he say?  How did refute
all of the work of Woolridge and colleagues in England?  I can't imagine
anyone seeing Woolridge's sequential aliquots of breast milk during a
feeding and seeing how they get richer and richer and richer as the feeding
progresses, and then still claim that the first milk the baby gets is the
same as the last milk.

Tell us more, please!

I would!  Tell her that James Akre has sent me some of her writings, and I
think we must be joined at the subconscious level!  He sent me the text of a
talk she gave in Australia about cultural attitudes towards breastfeeding,
and it expressed many of the same sentiments as I had in "Beauty and the
Breast."  So -- welcome to the world of virtual breastfeeding support,
Maureen!
