Karen, thank you for "It is easier to change policy than
biology". I will definitely try that on a few Israelis. I have
a feeling, just a feeling, that Israeli nurses are not research-
oriented, no matter how high their position, but I will certainly
give that a try too. One of my problems is that I am not a
confrontative person. Another problem is that there is no way
that an Israeli nurse will accept a lactation counsellor as a
health professional. Nurses "dearie" me as much as the doctors,
maybe more, since the docs ARE research-oriented.
