For those new, and not so new,  to Lactnet, please review these commands.
They will help you become accustomed to using the listserv system.  The
following are commands that may be sent at any time to
[log in to unmask]  Also, please remember that if you are going to
be away for any length of time, not receiving mail, you should Set yourself
NOMAIL. Otherwise, you will either have a mailbox full and a warning from
your own system, OR you will get unknowingly unsubscribed from Lactnet by
the Ummed computer, which does these things on its own. : )
