Encourage them to go out on a limb.
Lisa, the nurses at our hospital do this...I had to start
>on my own time, sometimes didn't get many hours, but now I'm sometimes
>overwhelmed with follow up and lactation consulting.
What makes me angry is that they need to work for nothing. I have to say
that this incenses me, ...nurses are not the highest paid professionals, and
some are single parents, etc..who really care and who also need income.
What I wonder is..why can't hospitals put their money where their mouths
are? Ah, a renegade... :)
