A local LLL Leader called me after seeing a mom who had had a reduction with
nipple relocation. Woman was 5 days postpartum, no breast fullness, baby
refusing to latch ever. After 10 mins of double pumping with a hospital pump,
mom got 2 + 15 drops of milk. Was willing to pump if it would increase
supply, not willing to use a supplementer. We both think it unlikely that she
would get much more milk with the presenting signs, no matter what she does.
What do you all think?
