Ann Perry wrote on 6/28 "Pitocin is an antidiuretic and rarely do you
find women nowadays getting inductions without epidurals". Would somebody
please explain this, remembering that Israel lags behind the States in
"technology". At my medical center, plenty of women get pit (I did, 19
and 16 years ago!), but our epidural rate is still pretty low, and I was
not aware of this LINKAGE between the two. Also, please remember that I
am a "non-medical". Many thanks in advance and also for the bit that pit
is an antidiuretic - at last I may have gotten an explanation for my pp
hemorrhage 19 yrs ago. Judy Knopf
