Hi Sharon,

I used to recommend moms put a drop of lactaid on their nipples too, and then
one mom told me after awhile it began to burn, so I now, if I use it at all,
recommend they just put a drop in the baby's mouth - 1 drop prior to each
breast.  (That sounds a bit goofy, doesn't it.  Sort of like "burping between
breasts."  The mental pictures.....)
