What a wonderful surprise to find Lactnet!!  I am a childbirth educator and
a former LLL leader with a strong interest in becoming a LC. As well I am
doing some work as a doula (labour support), so I'm in contact with a lot of
bfing moms. Since midwifery is about to become a reality in British
Columbia, I'm also considering that profession.

I consider myself a student so having the Lactnet as a resource is an
exciting connection. I'm amazed at how active lactnet is - since I've signed
on I've received over 150 messages.

I live in Victoria, British Columbia with my husband and three children,
ages are 13, 11 and 2 (bonus baby).
